Breastfeeding Item Non-Return Policy
At Yuna lactation, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers and their families. Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of breastfeeding products, we have implemented the following Non-Return Policy for these items:


Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased:

  • Breast pumps and accessories
  • Breastfeeding pillows
  • Nipple shields and creams
  • Lactation supplements or teas
  • Any product that comes into direct contact with the body or milk

 

Policy Exceptions
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Items: If the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of the defect (photos or videos).
  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Why This Policy Exists
Breastfeeding items are personal and hygiene-sensitive products. Accepting returns on these items could compromise the safety and well-being of our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a high standard of care for all families.
